Our Computer Repair/Upgrade Process
After you've made your enquiry, we will discuss your issue and arrange delivery of your device to our premises. Once we have received your item, it will be assigned to an IT technician and booked into our system.
Then, we will perform a full health check on the device to discover any underlying problems. This includes a HD health check, anti-virus scan and speed test. After all tests have been completed, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
When a solution has been mutually agreed, we will perform any necessary changes. Upon completion, the device will be reassessed to ensure optimum functionality.
Finally, after final tests and checks, you will be contacted by your technician to arrange delivery of the equipment back to you.
